About Aunaisin Vacational Rentals

Dear guest, thank you for considering us to spend your vacation in Ushuaia. Aunaisin vacational rentals is a company dedicated to the management of private apartments in the city of Ushuaia. It is important that you keep in mind that the Vacational Rental modality is different from the traditional types of hospitality, so we ask you to review our terms and conditions.

📌 Please note: there is no physical reception at your apartment location. All communication is handled digitally for your convenience.

Services

At Aunaisin all apartments have:

- Towels and sheets (no daily replacement)

- Complimentary toilet and kitchen paper for entry (no replenishment)

- Virtual reception via WhatsApp

- Smart TV without cable


Reserves

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Anniversary Date

Identity number or passport number

CPF (Individual Taxpayer)

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code

Telephone

Email

Check-in time / flight number (if in the air)

Departure time from property

Name of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rental and security deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a confirmation deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in, before entering the property.

For payments in Argentine pesos, the exchange rate used will be the official selling rate from Banco de la Nación Argentina, which you can verify here.


The 25% deposit can be paid via bank transfer, deposit receipt, PayPal, or credit card (please check the available methods for your specific apartment).

The remaining rental amount + service charges must be paid at the time of contract signing and key delivery.

We pre-authorize credit cards as a damage guarantee and to secure the reservation. This is not an actual charge, but a temporary hold on your card. After your stay, within the first week, the hold will be released if no damages are found.

Under no circumstances will payment be accepted after check-in.

To assign your payment correctly, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email or WhatsApp.

Your reservation will be validated only once the AUNAISIN reservations department sends you a confirmation email.

If you booked through Booking.com, payment is made directly at the property upon arrival. Booking.com does not process payments in Argentina.

Check-in

🕒 Check-in – Important information

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.


📍 We’ll be waiting for you at Fadul 120 to complete payment and hand over the keys. 📲 It’s essential that you inform us of your estimated arrival time and provide a contact number. Without this information, check-in will not be possible.


⚠️ If you arrive before the scheduled time, you’ll need to wait until 3:00 PM without exception, as our team will still be preparing the apartment.

Check Out

Check-out time: 8:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

An AUNAISIN employee will meet you at your apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental agreement) to examine the property, receive the keys and return the security deposit.

Cancellation and changes to the booking

In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from AUNAISIN.

AUNAISIN is entitled to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of the amounts paid by the client, if any of the following occur:

The total number of occupants exceeds the maximum set on our website

disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the rules of the condominium

Party organization

illicit drug use

pets without our permission

Failure to pay full rent or security deposit.

In the event that the booked property has an Internet or cable TV connection, AUNAISIN does not assume any responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences that may arise from it.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they have rented, as well as any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium's regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be paid immediately by the client. They can also result in a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.



Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any booking where visitors are expected so that we can offer you a more suitable property.

Forum

The Contracting Parties shall elect the District Court of USHUAIA, TIERRA DEL FUEGO.
